To set the date, time and time zone on Windows 7:

1 Right-click the clock icon on the taskbar. A

menu will appear.

2 Choose Adjust Date and Time from the menu.

The Date and Time dialog box will appear.

3 Click the Adjust date and time... button.

4 Set the date and time to the correct values.

5 Press OK to close the window.

6 Click the Change Time Zone button and select

the correct time zone.

7 Make sure that “Automatically adjust clock for

daylight savings changes” is selected.

8 Click OK to save your changes, then close the

Date and Time Control Panel.
